Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–5 business days. Processing times may vary during holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Methods

sugardash ships through USPS for orders within the United States and Canada. Customers in the U.S. may select their preferred shipping service at checkout. Next to each shipping option, an estimated delivery date will be displayed based on the selected carrier service and our current handling time.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

International Orders (Outside of the U.S.)

International orders ship via DHL with duties and taxes prepaid. The amount you pay at checkout is the total you will pay — no additional customs fees will be collected at delivery.

Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and customs processing. While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout, delays caused by customs or local carriers are outside of our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. sugardash is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an address issue, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to sugardash due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Package Protection

For customers who do not purchase package protection and whose orders are subsequently lost, damaged, or stolen, sugardash is not responsible for replacing these orders. We recommend adding package protection during checkout for additional coverage.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier. sugardash cannot guarantee replacement for packages marked as delivered without package protection.

Risk of Loss

The risk of loss or damage to your order transfers to you upon delivery, as specified in this policy. sugardash is not liable for late shipments or deliveries resulting from force majeure events or circumstances outside our control.

Order Cancellations

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders with errors in payment or shipping information, product delays or unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or any violation of our Terms & Conditions. All orders are subject to product availability, which may change without notice.

Policy Modifications

sugardash reserves the right to modify this shipping policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the last updated date. Your purchase of products following a posted policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
