Refund policy
Domestic Returns (U.S. Customers)
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and we will ship a replacement at no cost.
You may request a return for a refund within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be returned with the original packaging.
All returns must be approved by sugardash before being sent back. Once your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label. The return must be shipped within 15 days of the date the return label is emailed. Returns shipped after this 15-day window may not be accepted.
There is no restocking fee for approved returns. However, original shipping charges paid at checkout are not refundable.
For domestic returns, sugardash will provide and pay for the return shipping label.
If the product is not returned in good condition and original packaging, the return may not be accepted.
Important Compatibility Notice
sugardash connects to Dexcom and FreeStyle Libre CGMs using unofficial integration methods. These integrations are not provided, endorsed, or controlled by Dexcom or Abbott. While we actively maintain support for these platforms and make every effort to stay current, we do not control their systems and cannot guarantee uninterrupted functionality.
Changes made by Dexcom or Libre — such as login updates, data access restrictions, or service outages — may temporarily affect sugardash’s ability to retrieve CGM data.
By purchasing sugardash, you acknowledge and accept this risk. Connectivity issues caused by changes to third-party systems do not qualify as a defect and are not considered valid reasons for a return or refund.
International Returns (Outside the U.S.)
We accept international returns, but customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
International return requests must be made within 10 days of delivery and must be approved by sugardash before the product is sent back. Please contact us first so we can coordinate the return and provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.
Original shipping charges paid at checkout are not refundable.

Order Cancellations
We do not accept order cancellations once a purchase has been completed. Orders are processed promptly to ensure timely delivery and cannot be modified or canceled after checkout.
