Coverage Overview

Your purchase of sugardash includes 12 months of coverage from the date it arrives at your door. During this time, we guarantee your device is free from manufacturing or material defects that affect its performance.

This warranty applies only to the original buyer or the original gift recipient — it does not carry over if the device changes hands.

What Qualifies for Warranty Support

  • Hardware issues due to production defects.
  • Electrical problems or failures not caused by user damage.

What the Warranty Doesn't Cover

This warranty does not apply to: 

  • Cosmetic imperfections (slight surface marks or variations) that don’t affect performance
  • Damage caused by drops, spills, or improper use
  • Use of non-approved power supplies, which may harm internal electronics
  • Because sugardash depends on cloud data from outside services, we can’t guarantee uninterrupted function if those services make changes. We always try to keep up with updates, but data disruptions from Dexcom or Libre cannot be considered a product defect.

Replacements

If your device has a qualifying defect, we will ship you a full replacement unit. Devices do not need to be repaired or returned unless specifically requested.

Even if your warranty period has passed or your situation isn’t covered, we want to help. Contact us, and we’ll do our best to guide you through the issue.

In many cases, issues can be resolved with a bit of troubleshooting, so our team may first respond with steps to help diagnose or fix the problem before initiating a return or replacement.

Final Notes

This is the sole warranty offered for sugardash. No other promises, written or implied, are included beyond what’s stated here — unless required by law in your area.

Secondhand sales or reselling the device voids the warranty, as we cannot guarantee proper setup, safety, or support beyond the original purchase.
