Return Policy

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us and we will ship you a new product at no cost.

We want you to feel completely confident trying sugardash. If it’s not the right fit, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund — no restocking fees.

For U.S. orders, return shipping is on us. For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We understand you may have tried it out — light use is okay, as long as the device is clean, functional, and complete when returned. If the product is damaged, missing parts, or shows excessive wear, a partial refund may apply or the return may not be accepted.

sugardash connects to Dexcom and FreeStyle Libre CGMs using unofficial integration methods (APIs not provided or endorsed by Dexcom or Abbott). While we actively maintain support for these platforms and make every effort to stay updated, we do not control their systems and cannot guarantee uninterrupted functionality. Because of this, changes made by Dexcom or Libre (such as login system updates, data access restrictions, or API outages) may temporarily affect sugardash’s ability to retrieve CGM data. By purchasing sugardash, you acknowledge and accept this risk. Connectivity issues caused by changes to third-party systems do not qualify as a defect and are not considered valid reasons for a return or refund.

International Orders

International customers may return their order within the same 14-day window; however, return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and any related fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We do not provide prepaid return labels for international returns.

Return Process

Please complete a return form within 14 days of the order delivery date.

  • U.S. orders: A prepaid return label will be emailed to you once the return is approved.
  • International orders: Customers are responsible for shipping the product back using a carrier of their choice. Return instructions and the return address will be provided upon approval.

Once the product is received, it will be inspected. If the return is accepted, a refund will be issued within 1–2 weeks to the original payment method.

Cancellations

We accept order cancellations as long as we’re contacted before the order has shipped. Once an order has been processed and handed off for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.

Replacements

If your device has a qualifying defect, we will ship you a full replacement unit. Devices do not need to be repaired or returned unless specifically requested.

Even if your warranty period has passed or your situation isn’t covered, we want to help. Contact us, and we’ll do our best to guide you through the issue.

In many cases, issues can be resolved with a bit of troubleshooting, so our team may first respond with steps to help diagnose or fix the problem before initiating a return or replacement.

Final Notes

This is the sole warranty offered for sugardash. No other promises, written or implied, are included beyond what’s stated here — unless required by law in your area.

Secondhand sales or reselling the device voids the warranty, as we cannot guarantee proper setup, safety, or support beyond the original purchase.
